Damaged or Defective Items
We perform strict quality checks before shipping. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, along with unboxing photos/videos, and we will gladly resolve the issue for you.
